Description
J Rotschen K.K. Hof Messerschmied 10.5" Flexible Slicer Fillet Carbon Steel & Stag Vienna 1890s 1920s Sakai the design is similar to To stay out of the design is similar to current production with the chamfered handle but just different enough to see the evolution of this distinct design Blade has been sharpened in some and looks to have been thinned a bit a while back I am not able to find much on this maker but its construction and the serif typeface in hot stamp suggest late 19th early 20th century construction but it also might be older Hof Messerschmied Wien set with a pinned stag handle with a flared round pommel
